Six tries are the rule. Two optional helps are there when a word will not come.
A hint: one letter of the word
During a game, the light bulb at the top of the screen offers a Hint. Watch a video and one letter of the word is shown on the grid. Once per game. The bulb appears when a video is ready.
A seventh try
You did not find the word on the sixth try? If a video is ready, the end card first says Not this time and offers Watch a video for a 7th try. The word stays hidden while you choose. Prefer to stop? Show the word reveals it, and the game counts as lost.
Without the videos
After the purchase Remove ads, the hint and the 7th try stay, without any video. Their limits do not change: one hint and one extra try per game.
