Guide

A daily word game in your own language

The word of the day exists in each of the fifteen languages of Motrix. Each language has its own word, chosen from its own common words.

Most daily word games were made in English and then translated. In Motrix, each language is a game of its own: English players and Polish players do not play a translation of the same word. Each language gets its own word of the day, drawn from its own common words.

Fifteen languages

English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Czech, Danish, Icelandic, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak and Swedish. Choose yours in Settings, under Game language.

A keyboard that fits

The keyboard follows the language: AZERTY in French, QWERTZ in German, Czech and Slovak, QWERTY elsewhere. Accents are typed as plain letters, so you never search for a special key.

Two languages, one streak

You can play the word of the day in several languages on the same day. Your streak counts days, not grids: a second language does not add a day, and losing in a second language does not break a day you have already won.
